Age 66, Dartmouth, and formerly of Port Bickerton. It is with profound sadness we announce that our special sister Gail went to Heaven on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 with her sisters at her side in Dartmouth General Hospital. Gail was born on October 8, 1952 in St. Mary's Memorial Hospital, Sherbrooke and was a daughter of the late Banfield and Orpha (Kaiser) Parsons. Gail lived with her sister Evelyn in Dartmouth. She went to DASC every day, and Dartmouth Learning Network once a week. She loved going to both places. Gail was loved by many; she loved getting and giving hugs. She loved animals and her favourite show was Coronation Street. Gail will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her. She was a member of St. Paul's Anglican Church, Port Bickerton. Gail leaves behind her loving sisters and brothers, Evelyn (Blaine) Williamson, Dartmouth; Randall (Gwyn), Port Bickerton; Dot (Gary) Mahar, Sonora; Bill, Port Bickerton; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and their families. She was predeceased by her infant brother, Robert. Funeral service will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. in St. Paul's Anglican Church, Port Bickerton with Rev. Kristin MacKenzie officiating. Burial in St. Paul's Anglican Cemetery, Port Bickerton. Family flowers only please. Memorial donations may be made to St. Paul's Anglican Church, DASC or Dartmouth Learning Network.
